C. John Hipp III

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Hipp joined NewDominion Bank in October 2010 as the CEO. John is well known in banking circles as he was previously the CEO of two publicly traded banks in the Carolinas and also served as a banking consultant.

John is a highly experienced leader with over 35 years in the industry. He is a graduate of The Citadel and the NC School of Banking in Chapel Hill. Hipp is highly regarded in regulatory circles and is known for his strong safety and soundness orientation. He is also known for his "reverse solution" philosophy which focuses on high levels of satisfaction by employees and customers with the shareholder being a beneficiary.

John is a 2009 recipient of the highly coveted "Order of the Palmetto" award which is the highest civilian award in the state of South Carolina. He is a former chairman of the South Carolina Bankers Association and is Chairman of the Audit Committee at Claflin University.

Marc J. Bogan

President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Bogan, a 20 year veteran of banking, has spent his career in Charlotte, North Carolina and metropolitan markets across South Carolina and Georgia. Marc joined NewDominion in June of 2011 as the President and Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining NewDominion, Marc was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Retail Officer for Ameris Bank, a four state community bank based in Southern Georgia. Marc has a diverse background in banking having worked in Retail and Commercial Banking, Private Wealth Management, IT and Operations, Treasury Services, Credit Card and Mortgage. Marc has been active in the communities he has worked in having served on the American Red Cross of the Central Carolinas Board of Directors and Executive Committee, Boy Scouts of America Board of Directors and Boys and Girls Club Board of Directors.

Marc is a 1989 graduate of Winthrop University and continues to be active in his alma mater serving on the Winthrop University Foundation Board of Directors and also as the Chairman of the Investment Committee. Marc is also a member of Winthrop’s Board of Visitors and is a past Chair of the Annual Fund and a Alumni Association Board Member.

J. Blaine Jackson, CPA

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Blaine joined NewDominion Bank in October 2011 as CFO. Prior to joining NewDominion, Blaine spent 10 years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a Bank in the Atlanta area. Blaine assisted the Bank in a conversion from a national charter to a State charter as well as converting the Bank from a publicly held C-corporation to a privately held S-corporation. Blaine also assisted in numerous successful capital raising campaigns and has extensive experience in working with regulators. Earlier in his career, he was a senior auditor with Porter Keadle Moore, a CPA firm in Atlanta specializing in audits of community banks.

Blaine is a Certified Public Accountant and received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.

Greg Burke

Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer

Mr. Burke was named Chief Credit Officer for NewDominion in June of 2011. Greg joined NewDominion with over 28 years of banking experience in the Carolinas with considerable experience in retail and commercial lending and loan administration.

Prior to joining NewDominion, Greg was in a senior credit position at First Citizens Bank of South Carolina, a $9 billion dollar financial institution. Greg had served as Chief Credit Officer with Community Resource Bank, a $560 Million dollar South Carolina community bank, prior to its acquisition by First Citizens Bank. Greg is active in the community and currently serves on the Audit committee of the United Way of the Midlands in South Carolina and previously served on the board of Harvest Hope Food Bank in Columbia, South Carolina.

Greg is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
